The Hamburg MK 8 is an upgraded version of the popular Hamburg Edition with an even more fine-tuned response-curve designed to replicate a vintage late 1950's German tube microphones. This microphone is perfectly suited for sources needing a rounder tone including strings, reeds, nasal or thin vocals, or vocals with sibilance issues - the Hamburg will work wonders! The Hamburg MK 8 includes a piano-black wooden jewel case and a heavy-duty all-metal ring-mount.
