Adamas 1818E Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings
Designed from the inside out for balanced performance in tone and feel, the Adamas Phosphor Bronze wrap wire produces a rich, full sound with even tone throughout the harmonic range, while Composite Gauging provides for a set that is consistent in tension and amplitude from string to string.
Significant changes have been engineered into the fifth and sixth strings.
These strings utilize core and wrap wire of identical size so that neither part of the string dominates the various modes of string vibration. Thus, the strings vibrate more consistently and with greater amplitude to produce a sharper, more precise tone.

QUALITY: These are simply well-made strings.
SOUND: Bright at the start, and bright weeks after I've played on them.
STYLE: Worship / Jazz
MUSIC EXPERIENCE: Worship and Jazz
OVERALL: These strings are just awesome. They sound fantastic on my Ovation Celebrity. Admittedly, I change strings about every 6 to 8 weeks (frequency of play), but these strings stay bright through the entire time. I'm not easy on these strings, either -- I play a wide variety of styles of music, and these strings sound great with all of those styles. I've tried many other varieties of strings, and other than the Maxima Gold strings (a little expensive to replace every 6-8 weeks), these are my choice!
