The Akai Drive3 Overdrive pedal’s toggle-switch allows the user to choose between three distinct drive circuit types. Select Scream, Boost or Warm to enable soaring leads, lush chords and relaxed warmth. Tone may be further adjusted using the three precision Level, Tone and Drive knobs.
The most unique feature of the the Akai Drive3 Overdrive is that it ships with the famous JRC4558 drive chip but Akai also gives you two other op amps and a user accessible port to further tailor your overdrive sound.
