The AKG WMS 40 Mini Vocal Set was made for hard working musicians by ensuring brilliant sound and ease at an unbeatable price/performance ratio. Unique HDAP (High Definition Audio Performance) technology ensures the best possible, most realistic sound at any time. The AKG WMS 40 Mini Vocal set includes SR 40 Mini receiver and a HT 40 Mini Handheld transmitter.

The SR 40 Mini receiver provides three status LEDs indicating ON/OFF status, received signal strength (RF OK), and audio clipping (AF CLIP). The volume control sets the level at the 1/4 inch output jack. The supplied switched mode power supply operates on any AC voltage from 110 to 240 VAC and includes EU, UK, and US adapters.

The rugged HT 40 Mini handheld transmitter (microphone) features an ON/OFF/MUTE switch and a sturdy wire-mesh cap protecting the cardioid dynamic microphone element. Battery life of the microphone is an amazing 30 hours off a single AA battery, reducing the need to replace batteries and saving real money in the long run.

I am not sure yet. Too early, but I trust AKG from my past experience

Simplicity and cost. The only thing that would have been nice for me is to have an XLR output. But the 1/4" jack is both balanced and unbalanced so it;s fine too.

How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
Very simple setup. You need to buy another frequency set if you want to have multiple mics operating at the same time.
