Complete with low latency ASIO 2.0 drivers and Cubase LE recording software, just add a computer and record right out of the box. Channel inserts are provided for outboard processing. It even has full MIDI and S/PDIF I/O.

Alesis IO|2 Memory Requirements
The IO|2 requires a minimum of 128MB of RAM to operate, but most audio applications need more than 128MB of RAM to run smoothly. If your computer only has 128 MB of memory and is sluggish while running audio applications, try adding memory to improve performance.
