Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
its built very solid, not very much rocking takes place, but the internals arent that durable apparently. or maybe i just got a lemon.

How is its Tone?
i rated this not for its sampling abilities because that operated fine, but for the physical pad volume. this thing is LOUD i tried plastic and 2 different felt beaters and nothing helped. it's literally almost as loud as my 22" acoustic kit only its just a click so its 10x more annoying. i'm not sure you'd be able to use this in an apartment setting.

its not worth nothin' when it doesnt make sound! alesis did however pay to have it shipped back and theyre replacing it free of charge. their customer service is decent if you have time to deal with them. they dont answer emails and it took me an average of 30-35 minutes to talk to someone each time i called.
