The ART USBPHONOPLUS V2 is a long awaited solution to the problem of expensive USB interfaces that don't have phono preamps. The PhonoPLUS V2 is designed with DJs for DJs. Not only can you use it as a USB audio interface, but it can also be used as a standard low noise phono preamp, converting the low phono level into a line level signal.

Subject:Why not to buy a USB turntable
Quality: If everything sold in the country was made like this, the world would be a much better place
Features: The front mounted Monitor volume control is the best feature on the USB PHONO Plus 2
Ease of Use: Just because of my total lack of knowledge on burning Albums to CD's I was a little intimidated, but after 2 tries, I was recording like I've done it all my life.
Sound: With the included software, Gain control and onboard filters, you can tailor the sound to your satisfaction.
Overall: I'm old school and when I pick a product up and it's construction gives a confidence in quality, that says a lot. This product is built like a tank and works as advertised.
Value: For less than $100 all my vinyl is now safely converted to MP3s. That's an outstanding value to me.
