The Audio Technica Pro 8HEX Headset Microphone is a Professional-quality vocal pickup with hands-free operation. The Pro 8HEX contains a Hi-ENERGY neodymium element for crisp sound reproduction. The Low-visibility headband provides stable, comfortable fit. A Pivot-mounted flexible mic boom descends from left or right side. A 7.2 foot cable is permanently attached between the microphone and an XLRM-type connector.

Easy and quick no mic stand needed to play instruments. We use two of these through a mini battery mixer into a battery vox 3 mini amp for practice when on trips/beach etc.
Sound
How is the tone?
The mic picks up well and doesn't get feedback easily. They don't sound quite as good as an EV hand held mic but for easy use they are great.
