As with 4 inch Studiofoam Wedges, the 4 inch Studiofoam Pyramids are recommended for larger spaces, rooms with pronounced low frequency problems or where sonic accuracy is mandatory and stronger acoustic absorption is required.

Having 4 sides exposed on each pyramid also yields more sound wave diffusion, which is desirable in some spaces. Thus, 4 inch acoustic Studiofoam Pyramids will yield less overall dryness than 4 inch Studiofoam Wedges.

Charcoal 4 inch Studiofoam Pyramid is used on both the front wall and the ceiling of this high-quality mixing environment. Both places thrive with efficient broadband sound absorption.

Purple 4 inch Studiofoam Pyramid is used to trim a rear wall cluster of T’Fusor sound diffusors as well as spot treat the rear sidewall with a 2 foot x 2 foot studiofoam panel. Use an electric carving knife to cut the foam panels.

Brown 4 inch Studiofoam Pyramid has been cut into 2 foot x 2 foot panels to offer acoustic and visual enhancements to this home theater.
