Quality: The product seems to be well made. I wouldn't have a problem playing it on stage with a few tweeks. The small amp is self explaining, with a built in overdrive for that crunch sound.
Sound: Similar to Strat with the single coil pick-ups.
Reliability: Can't rate this, it will be a gift to grandchildren.
Overall: Very good pkg for student, very complete except for tuner. Includes instructional DVD with online lessons to boot. Good looks, nice small amp, very good price. It has a good feel, adjustability for heavy stringers & light ones alike. I was very impressed when I first took it out of the box for inspection. (my wife was worried about that). For the money you just can't beat it, especially for a beginner. Most cheaper built guitars are difficult for a advanced player, much less the beginner, causing them to lose interest because of pain. This guitar will draw them to it, and has a more friendlier feel to it.
Playability and Feel: The action would be slow for me, but like I said previously, it is adjustable. Strings that came with it were extra light, easy to bend, just a tad high. It's a light guitar, & won't wear you out after playing for awhile wearing a strap.
Tone: Tone is adjustable for about any sound you like, well except for a double coil sound. But again, that's personal taste.
Finish: Paint looked great! Very glossy look on the body with a satin feel/finish on the neck.
Action: The action was a little high for my taste, but is adjustable. The neck was straight & true.
Skill Level: Semi-Pro
