it took no time to use this unit. i connected it to my other behringer units and just like a family everything went together.

This is where the item falters. I've heard bad things about Behringer, but i've owned about 7 or 8 things by Behringer before this item. This item's LEDs aren't very sturdy, the supplied IEC power cable won't stay in the jack, and the knobs have a cheap feel. I found a replacement power cable, but it doesnt excuse any of the other problems.

Very easy to use. Only 4 knobs and one button, see.

How is its Tone?
It sounds great. It claims to help boost the 50hz and 5khz bands. Compared to an equalizer boosted a little at those frequencies, this still sounds better because of the phase compensation it also adds.
