The V AMP 2 features 32 amp models plus the 15 original, independently assignable speaker simulations. Its 24-bit studio-quality stereo effects include specially developed, great-sounding effects line chorus, tremolo, compression, noise gate, delay and much more. In addition, 2 parameters are now directly accessible. You still get an integrated chromatic tuner, a tap tempo function, an adjustable stereo aux input, a stereo line output, 3-band, model-dependent EQ, a presence control & headphones output. | After about a year it started losing my presets after I shut it off. Popped it open and the solder connection for the backup battery had come undone. Re-soldered it and it has been fine ever since.... | | Reliability:

| firstly, let me get my two (minor) complaints out of the way: 1. this unit should have an "on-off" switch of some type instaed of using the power cord in its place. 2. when switching over to the second set of amp simulators, i cannot see their names due to the type/color of labeling. should have used a better color.
iother than that, i ca't live without this baby!..there are an infinate number of sounds and combos you can get and all sound terrific!..too many people complain about not getting a specific sound, or the effects aren't any good. bull...for $99, this is the best value out there. back in my day 30 years ago, you would have needed dozens of pedals and thousands of $$$ for studio time to create these simulations. i run my sg into this, ouput to a recorder, input a drum machine and i'm a one-man band. thanks behringer! | | Playability and Feel:
