Behringer

Behringer VD400 Vintage Analog Delay Effects Pedal is like a snapshot pulled right out of time—and its low, low price tag will have you reminiscing about how much you miss those good-old days. From elastic delay to vintage slap back echo, the Behringer VD400 harnesses the authentic sounds of classic 1060's studioi wizardry. The bright blue LED tells you when the Vintage Delay is activated (and serves as a beacon for other time travelers), and the top-quality on/off switch maintains excellent signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power the VD400 with either a 9 V battery or our PSU-SB DC power supply (not included).

Analog at its Finest

Though digital sound technology constantly evolves, nothing sounds quite like the “old-school” analog Bucket Brigade-style delay you get when you step on the VD400. With its dedicated REPEAT RATE, INTENSITY and ECHO dials, this amazing little stomp box evokes the spirits of some of rock and roll’s most legendary heroes, and provides up to 300 milliseconds of true analog delay. Every type of classic delay, from a deep-space whisper, to an interplanetary battle cry—is at your command.

No brainer analog delay!
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
For $24, I would say the quality is fine. Don't know if I would want to use it for gigs or rehearsals, but it should hold up just fine in the man cave of a cash poor guitarist such as myself.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
General
Your general opinion of this product.
Excellent value for the price. Best deal on a cheap, real analog delay.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Action
How was the action out of the box?
