Quality: My previous experience with Behringer products has disappointed me, but for the price it's hard to argue. Everything seems fine right now, but I'm sure the pots will get scratchy soon.
Features: Please be aware that this mixer DOES NOT HAVE PHANTOM POWER. They don't say that in the description, at least I couldn't find it. luckily I don't need it. An on/off switch would have been nice, too.
Ease of Use: Well laid out design, easy to use and understand. Manual was in 12 languages, sweet!
Sound: Sound is ok, about what you would expect. The EQ is certainly not like a Neve (or even close), not sure what they mean by "British EQ". I use it as a headphone amp/mixer and it gets super loud.

Behringer mixers have proven themselves over and over--this little jewel is no exception. I use it for a simple input device into my PC.

FEATURES:
Very basic features--it IS what it is,nothing more. The mic pre-amp is a quiet and a great way to get a quality mic signal into your computer.

EASE OF USE:
EZ as one-two-three.

VALUE:
Well worth the dinero. Get a Behringer mic pre-amp, CD inputs,stereo mixing,etc.

SOUND:
QUIET operation, alittle noise detectable at higher/extreme settings,but I never max it out so no noise problems.
