| The sound is outstanding. I was very impressed with the distortion channel, but the clean channel blew me away, it is sparkling clean!My issue is with customer service, after my amp broke down I took it to an authorized repair shop since it comes with a three year warranty. The repair shop was told by Korg USA that they would rather send me a new amp than having the old one repaired, well it has been four months and counting and all I get from Korg USA is e-mails telling me that this unit is still not available. I am very disappointed with their customer service. |
