Sound
How is the tone?
Sound is very open and airy. Good vocalist will sound wonderful. Bad vocalist will still sound bad. Sorry, either you can sing or you can't. If you can sing this mic will bring out your true uncolored tone requiring little, if any, EQ at the board unless you're just wanting to ad or change the true tone. By having the phantom power circuit it requires less gain at the board resulting in lower noise and better sound quality over-all. Mic's are a matter of personal choice, but if you can really sing I think you should give this mic serious consideration!
