Quality: very very poorly made. 2 did not work.
Features: nothing didnt work. I even got a 2nd one that didnt work. took a few weeks also, and AMS didn't really do anything for me as a customer. I am a little bummed.
Ease of Use: it says you can plug it in and it will work out of the box. nope.... not at all.
Sound: didnt work
Value: terrible, do not get this product.

Quality: Seems pretty sturdy. The Microphone ball is solid, the pop-out camera might be a concern if you are opening and closing it a lot.
Features: I've made one Skype call so far and the people on the other end of the call said the picture and sound were both better than my MacBook Pro.
Ease of Use: Plug and play on a Dell XPS 4100 with Vista Home Premium.
Sound: Haven't done any recordings, but other end of Skype call said it was very clear.
