It just won't die. Sound: Bland generic distortion. If used with other pedals you MIGHT get a sound thats usable. I don't care what big name rock stars used it. You don't have their amps, other pedals and guitar. The sound will suck with your rig. There are many better distortions available, even some made by Boss. Reliability: Overall: I have owned one for years. I plug it in once in awhile to remind myself how much it sucks. This pedal has been sold for $39.00 for ever. It wasn't worth it then. It's not worth the higher price now. Playability and Feel: Tone: It will suck the tone out of guitars that sound awesome thru almost any other distortion pedal. So if you get this your also going to want to buy a charger cord as well. Sound: The sound can be a little rough sometimes but if you keep adjusting the tone then it has a pretty good sound. Reliability: Its very durable, its been thrown around a lot going from place to place and still works perfectly. Overall: I got this pedal because I play electric guitar with a band, its a pretty good pedal you just have to know what kind of sound you want but overall for the price its worth it. Playability and Feel: The sound changes sometimes when the battery starts to die, so if that happens when your on stage its not the easiest to adjust the tone then. Tone: The tone was nice, it really depends on what kind of music you play. If your looking for a hard rock distortion this might not be for you, but if you want distortion without being too edgy then this is for you. Finish: Its a very nice looking pedal, with a very crisp look and a paint job that looks the same today as when I took it out of the box.
