| The feel is excellent all the way around. The wah pedal is precise and solid. | | Tone:
| The Boss ME-70 is capable of every tone under the sun. From bright and clean to harmonic saturation. The tone can be achieved by several variables - really an outstanding achievement from Boss. | | Finish:
| The chassis is painted retro old-school black with metal flakes - very cosmic to go with the COSM processing power. | | Action:
| The controls are smooth and precise. The feel is old-school analog. | | Skill Level:

| The sound is excellent !! I use my ME70 with a Gibson SG3 Special and Peavey Valve King. The tone quality at high and low volume is amazing.Sound checks with the band before the perfomances are better due to the built in noise reduction (NR)in the ME70. | | Reliability:
| I haven't had it long but i expect it to last a long time. The ME70 is built very soild. | | Overall:
| Very Satisfied! Everything you need for rehearsal and live gigs.I read the manual to be sure about the controls but eveything is easy to work with. | | Playability and Feel:

| Very well made. Heavy duty and solid. Built to travel, built for use.
So far, it has worked when needed and has the tones I am looking for. | | Reliability:
| I've only had the pedal for 3 months, but it has been dependable so far. | | Overall:
| I am very satisfied with this product for the overall operation and ease of use. The quality effects available are amazing.
Two things I am not pleased with. The pedal does not have a true on/off switch, without unplugging the guitar.
I also purchased the recommended FS6 pedal only to learn that I had to buy a STEREO cable at a local radio shack. The cable should have either been included or people should be made aware of this special cable at the time of purchase. | | Playability and Feel:
| Plays well. All switches and pedal work as advertised. Controls are easy to get to for the changing of your sound. | | Tone:
| I am very pleased with the great sounds and tones I am able to get. | | Finish:
| Metallic Black - fine
I would have rather to have had a plain black finish, but the color is better than the blue ME 50 | | Action:
| Everything worked as advertised "out of the box".
My only problem was the lack of the FS6 stereo cable. | | Skill Level:

| I'm old school. Made music for 42 years. Recently paired the ME-70 with the Tech 21 Power Engine 60. I now leave the Fender Twin
at home and no matter which guitar I use, Strat, Tele, Paul, Gretch, Aria Jazz, or Hoffner, I can count on consistant and
versatile tone. The kind that brings my following back to see me and makes money. | | Reliability:
| I haven't had it long enough to comment other than to say I've
owned a lot of Boss/ Roland equipment over the years and never
has it let me down. I can't say that for digitech and some others
despite my liking their sound. I put my money on a proven track record. | | Overall:
| Every item has it's limitations. This unit is very quiet, very
user friendly, and very affordable. You have to read the manual
to understand the volume settings etc.. but it is very simple to
use. I had some distortion problems on the clean side and began
to wonder until I read the manual. It solved my problem and now
it's all rock on brother. | | Playability and Feel:
| It responds well to all styles of picking and music. Again, read
the manual. Listen to the sound you are looking for and begin to
dial it in. Then store it a user patch. I'd advise getting the
boss FS-U6 to use with it to change Banks and effects. | | Tone:
| Out of the box it didn't impress me that much. Then I began to
work with it. After a couple hours I called a couple friends and
had them check it out. One rocker and one Jazz artist. Both of
them agreed that it was money well spent. | | Finish:
| I personally like the finish. I think it looks sleek and the size
of the unit is perfect. I also use the digitech vocal unit. I
would also recomend it | | Action:
| It was alright, but not taylored to my preferances and needs. I
soon found what I needed within the first hour and put it through
the paces for the next hour. Then I call some friend to check out
my new pride and joy. | | Skill Level:
