One of the best for the price!
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Not a flaw anywhere on the guitar. The build quality is impeccable. The electronics are awesome. I truly couldn't ask for a better guitar for the price. I think it exceeds name brand guitars well beyond the price.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I've only owned it for a day, but I don't foresee any problems and it comes with a limited lifetime warranty... Can't beat that.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
Well I got my guitar today and my expectations were blown out of the water. I'd never even picked this guitar up before making the purchase online, I went completely by reviews and youtube videos. I ordered the guitar on September 1 and received it on September 2. Typically the guitar comes with a deluxe gig bag, but I was shocked to get a deluxe Breedlove hardshell case with my order!!
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It's a very light, fast guitar. The neck is very straight, thin and playable and like I said before, the satin finish is fast and easy to play. The controls are very zccessible and it's easy to make changes on the fly. The built in tuner is a huge plus!
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone of this guitar is just perfect. Not muddy, but not too bright either. Great lows, mids and highs. This is a perfectly balanced guitar and I couldn't be happier with it. It sounds great unplugged and plugged.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
This guitar is kind of a flat satin finish which I love. It really shows the detail of the wood and it's just gorgeous. The satin finish on the neck is great because the lack of gloss allows you to transition up and down the neck much faster.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action out of the box was great. I prefer my action a little lower, so I rotated the truss rod 1/4 turn clockwise and now it's absolutely golden.
