Quality: the construction of the mic was questionable.the carrying case was cheap it fell apart
Features: it looked hella cool

Sound: i bought this as an upgrade to a shure ksm27,big mistake.i thout it would sound better 'cause the tube.it didn't.needless to say i got rid of it at a loss.i should of sent it back but lagged over the return time.my falt,not a.m.s.also now it cost less.

Subject:I have a wide variety of Condensors and this is among the very best
Quality: The product has a rather unusual rubber exterior which makes the microphone easy to handel making it feel very secure in my hands. I have used this microphone exclusivly in my studio. and it turns on and works everytime, so I would say it is very dependable
Features: I have used my trion 8000 for male vocals on a couple of CD projects and the response was overwhelming. everybody loved their vocal through this microphone sounding more pleasing then my nuemann 193. it already wonderfully priced don't think I would add a thing
Ease of Use: My unit did not seem to come with the owners manual, so I downloaded one form thew web and saw all the famous user of this microphone. it is a very straight forward user freindly microphone Plugging into my Trident S20 mic preamp i was able to very quickly get a great vocal sound for the track I was working on, and the singers response was just "wow sound teriffic".
Sound: Superb. open airy top end without being harsh, again right microphone with the right mic preamp is important to produce the best quality sound
Value: The price point for the sound quality is just amazing. Remember you should always use a transistor preamp when using a tube microphone for the best sonic results
