Neutrik nickel 1/4-inch connectors are hand-soldered for high-quality construction. For extra durability, the ends are wrapped with two layers of Heat Shrink under and over the barrel. Subject:Bought 4 - 2 defective. CBI's "Lifetime" warranty and customer service sucks
Quality: Buyers remorse fo-sho. I bought two of these thinking they may be like the old Conquest "Wrappers" (a GREAT cable by the way). Was I ever wrong. Two of these cables had the barrels that were loose - not screwed in completely - and resulted in popping and lost signal. However, you can't simply screw the barrel back in all the way because of the wrapping. So I contacted CBI as they have a "lifetime" warranty. CBI Sales Manager originally wanted me to pay for the return shipping. What a load of BS - I buy brand new cables that are defective out of the box and I'm expected to pay for return freight. However, American Musical to their credit, replaced the cables at no charge and didn't ask for any returns. However, I will never purchase a CBI product again and will opt for competitor's - always hopefule to buy Conquest "Wrappers" in the future.
Features: It's a cable - duh.
Ease of Use: Like I said - it's a cable (pointy end in first).
Value: Well, it didn't work. Even if it costs a $0.01 then it's not of any value is it?
