The Cordoba Precision 3 band pickup system produces a rich and natural sound when amplified, and also includes an on board tuner for quick and easy tuning. Whether plugged in or played acoustically, the solid red cedar top and 5 fan bracing system give the guitar an full and robust tone, with great sustain and clarity between the bass and treble strings. The back and sides are made from African mahogany and the fingerboard is rosewood. Sound: Warm for the bass, mid to bright midrange. And, a nice crisp top tone on the treble strings. Plus, this came with high end strings!! NICE. Reliability: Going on two months now and it's really sturdy, but light. Not bulky at all. Has a really good feel and shape to it...It's holding up well; just as I expected. Overall: Great craftmship, nice feel to it. Awesome sound - plugged or unplugged (seriously)! Playability and Feel: It feels right. The way a nylon string guitar should feel, not some heavy piece of crap. Quality: I had it now for about a month and I can say it really is made nice (and I mean NICE)! Sturdy for sure. I often depend on it for my recording and teaching studio. Sound: It's tone is really fantastic. Could absolutly go on stage with this one - comes with Fishman electronics!! Don't be fooled by it saying Cordoba in the add. It will be and say right on the guitar's electronics "Fishman." Reliability: So far so good! Don't expect it to go bad on me. Just take care of it and it'll serve you well. Oh yeah, it comes with an awesome/beautiful full padded soft case. Made extremely well and something you would be proud of to carry around (seriously). Overall: A very nice guitar. Well made, excellent craftmanship. It has a good feel to it and the sound is smooth and balanced, plugged or unplugged. Good to great tone in it's bass, mid range and trebbble. overall I find it to be an outstanding guitar (not for kids though)! Definately an adult guitar! Playability and Feel: Feels nice in your hands, good set-up, nice neck shape (thinner) and easy to get to the electronics (real easy, especially where they placed them) This is a keeper for sure!! You won't go wrong with this one - trust me on this. It's totally professional! Tone: Smooth, but bright highs, warm bass and even a balanced mid-range too. I love it! Hech, it even comes with its own "Fishman" built-in tuner - a big plus guys and gals! Finish: Pro finish all the way...looks super and even feels smooth on the hands by the neck. And don't kid yourself, the neck is not thick (fat) like other classicals - they narrowed it down a bit so that you can play other types of music. Cool huh? Action: Great action right out of the box - no professional set-up needed here. And, I know, I have been playing for nearly forty years now and teaching as well!
