The Cordoba C5CET is a sleek thinline body size that is perfect for the
performing musician, hobbyist or steel string player. The C5CET classical
electric guitar has a sweet nylon sound with a soft cutaway and a slightly
thinner neck for comfortable and smooth play up and down the fingerboard. The
Cordoba Precision 3 band pickup system produces a rich and natural sound when
amplified, and also includes an on board tuner for quick and easy tuning.
Whether plugged in or played acousticly, the solid red cedar top and 5 fan
bracing system give the guitar an full and rhobust tone, with great sustain and
clarity between the bass and treble strings. The back and sides are made from
African mahogany and the fingerboard is rosewood. Other handmade refinements
include a hand inlaid wood rosette, rosewood binding, bridge, headstock veneer,
and heel cap.
