I had purchased a C7, and was impressed with its quality and its value.For this reason, I purchased the cutaway acoustic-electric, and have NOT been disappointed with my purchase.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
It has withstood some heavy action, and has held up well. Some minimal adjustments to the neck caused by humidity fluctuations took care of any annoying string buzz.

The tone of this guitar is not at all diminished by playing it unamplified. Only fault I could find is the slight overhang of the frets....they are not smooth along the sides of the fretboard. They have not affected its playability at all, however, and some fine careful grinding could take care of that.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The neck is wide, as it is a classical guitar. The guitar, itself, is as light as a feather.I really like the built in tuner. Its quite accurate and so easy to access by a push button on the body. You can quickly tune it and return to playing.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Smooth and resonant....thre warm sound of the upper nylon strings match beautifully with the powerful full, rich sound of the lower three.Love it.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
I looked it over with a fine tooth comb and could not find any flaws in the finish.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
As mentioned earlier, fret buzz was taken care of a slight adjustment of the neck with the hex screwdriver included. A bit of turning counterclockwise remedied the problem.
