The Crate FW15 guitar amp is the practice amp of the next generation. With features you would normally find on much larger combos, you will be amazed with the sound that comes out of this baby. This incredibly small box is packed with 15 Watts of power pushing an 8 Inch speaker to the absolute limit. As well as the patented FlexWave Evolution 5 preamp with Sequential Cascading Gain technology. Onboard 3-band EQ provides dynamic tone control, while the external output can power an additional speaker. All of which are found on much higher dollar amps. Bang for your Buck? Quality: First off, B-stock my butt! This puppy looks and sounds brand new! I am very impressed with the overall make of this combo amp, With Crate you can never go wrong, Has a very wide range of low and high and mellow to solid settings, I loved the overdrive feature. Makes my guitar just scream.
Reliability: Haven't had it long yet, But I assume it will hold up, It's a Crate.
Overall: I love it.
Playability and Feel: Slightly heavy, But well-made. Solid foundation.
Tone: Wide variety of tones.
Finish: Looks perfect.
