Quality: I thought since it was plastic it would be a little flimsy but this think is built well and feel really sturdy. I still haven't broken mine and this thing gets tossed around between me and my other friends who play so it's good to go.
Reliability: Still hasn't broken and I don't really expect it to.
Overall: Overall, it's great. I restring in half the time it used to take me and it's small enough that I can easily throw it into my guitar case (little storage space). It's great being able to carry less and still be able to do all the things I need to.
