The dbx 2231 professional EQ provides an extremely high quality level of equalization and some amazing new features like patent-pending TYPE III noise reduction and a dbx PeakPlus Limiter circuit. With switchable 6dB/15dB boost & cut, XLR and TRS I/O, dbx 20 Series are great EQs even without the extras. The model 2215 offers 2 channels of 15-band, 2/3 octave EQ in a 2 rack space (2U) chassis. The 2031 is a single-channel, 31-band, 1/3 octave model in a 2U chassis. The monster of the bunch is the 4-space dbx 2231. It offers two channels of 31-band, 1/3 octave EQ. It's amazing. One little button. It has so much effect.
