Product Description

Armadillo Enterprises joined forces with legendary amp designer Gary Sunda and the premier speaker manufacturer Eminence to develop an amplifier that captures the essence of Dimebag Darrell’s guitar sound. The Dean Dime D100 amplifier combines Dimbag’s signature searing lead and crushing rhythm sounds in a rugged, durable, and dependable amplifier. Use the supplied FS1 two button footswitch to select between the channels for crystal clear clean tones or Dime’s monster distorted sounds. The built in spring reverb provides that classic reverb sound for added depth and greater flexibility. Added touches such as the lightning bolt control knobs and the DB amp handles round out the unique features of the D100. The D100 amplifier is built using the finest components and has been tested extensively to insure uncompromised sound quality.

Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
This amp is great. I use the clean channel for crunch and the other for high gain. When you combine them it is fantastic.I have a Schecter with 2 humbuckers and a Strat with three singles and I don't touch a knob when I switch guitars.
How did the stain or paint job look?
Black and Chrome,my favs.
How was the action out of the box?
