Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
There is no reason this shouldn't fall under Dean USA. The quality is great.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I've only had it a few months but so far no problems whatsover.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
This is an amazing instrument. The only thing I would change is individual tone and volume knobs for both neck and bridge pickups.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The neck is amazing. Easy to navigate standing or sitting. I'm used to a toggle switch but I'm sure I will warm up to the blade selector.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Smmoooooooth. Thick pickups but with plenty of bite to get those squealing harmonics.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The finish is incredible. Never have so many people complimented me for something as much as they have this guitar.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action was a tad high but I adjusted it with no problem. String tension is a little loose but no big deal.
