DigiTech Bass Multi Chorus Pedal

The DigiTech Bass Multi Chorus is designed specifically for bass. What makes the Bass Multi Chorus different is you can morph up to 16 bass chorus voices at the same time to create the lushest bass chorusing ever heard from a stompbox. There is also built-in voice randomization that increases as you add voices to thicken the sound even further.

DigiTech Bass Multi Chorus Features

  • Speed: Varies the rate that the chorus sweeps up and down
  • Depth: Controls the range or how wide the chorus sweeps up and down
  • Voice: Lets you morph from one up to sixteen chorus voices. Voice randomization is built-in and automatically increases as you add voices
  • Dual Outputs: The Mono/Stereo outputs can be switched between Normal and Mixer output modes. Normal output mode is for connecting directly to the input of your bass amplifier. Mixer output mode, with CIT bass cabinet emulation technology, is for connecting directly to a mixing board or headphone preamp.

Subject:probably one of the best chorus pedals, hands down
Quality: I would consider this pedal well made. I've owned this for about 3 years and have gigged with it (hasn't let me down yet)
Features: I love the voice knob, I think it's what sets this thing above any other chorus on the market. For a stand alone chorus pedal, I wouldn't add anything to it.
Sound: Tone is great, you can get a very subtle chorus, or you can get crazy "over the top" chorus, and all things in between.
Playability and Feel: it's a pretty standard size and weight for a pedal maybe a little heavier than a boss. controls are fairly easy to play around with, and if you're having troubles finding some sounds, you can go to the digitech website and they have their own little demo for you.
Tone: This can get you a bright "shimmery" chorus or a dark "thick" chorus sound. possibilities are endless LOL. if you don't have one, get it...even if you have a multi-effects unit...it'll best any model you have on the unit.
Finish: paint is durable and no chips.
Action: knobs are able to spin...LOL

Subject:Was not a chorus fan, but now I am!
Quality: Good metal housing. Not as heavy duty as a Boss pedal, but it will be just fine for me. Not all of us can afford Boss for every effect. :)
Features: Pretty simple to use really. Set the level all the way up. choose your speed and depth. Then the voice selects how many voices you want. The voice knob would be the only change I'd ever want to make. It's simple for me and that's the way I like it.
Sound: Great sound! I was not originally a fan of the chorus effect. After getting this pedal, I know love it. Sounds especially cool if you have a fretless. ( I have a 75 Fender that's been de-fretted) Sounds pretty good on my Fender 5 string as well. Add a phaser pedal after this and together you can get a flanger sound going. Will be taking this pedal with me from now on whenever I play my fretless. Digitech done good on this one!
Playability and Feel: .
Tone: Does not affect my tone or signal when bypassed. That's a definite plus with me since both my basses are passive.
Finish: Cool, dark blue paint job.
