Standing up to all manufacturers claims. Sound: Tone is very rich and crisp, without being tinny. The nickel wrap shines through on my magnetic pickups, and gives me great electric tones. The bronze wrap gives me a beautiful acoustic tone through my piezo bridge. And to my surprise, when I push my tube preamp and mix in some acoustic, I get a fantastic overdrive crunch. Reliability: 3 weeks of daily playing, (2-3 hours a day), and still in tune, with no notable loss of tone. Overall: Very well made, brilliant design, great tone, and long life. What else does anyone need. Playability and Feel: Very smooth, and easy to play. I started with a set of .012's to test, and they are great. Tone: Warm and crisp. Not tinny at all.
