This is the finest guitar that I have ever played!!!
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
This guitar is just absolute quality!!! Pay the extra for it because you will never part with it, I won't anyway. I originally went for a LP standard & it had glue residue on the frets so I sent it back and decided to go for the upgrade, I don't know if it was devine intervention or what but this thing has me shaking my head with amazement.
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I wouldn't send this back if I found 10 chips on the body!!! IT IS THAT GOOD!!!
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
I can dial in anything on this beast, I am playing it through a Fender SuperSonic 50W amp. I was worried about the neck when I ordered it because I thought it was based on a mid 50's LP which I thought could be a little chunky, but mine is a Silverburst Custom & the neck is nice and slender. The new richlite fretboard is just fantastic, I don't know what all the naysayers are talking about with ebony and not being a real Les Paul. I swear this thing plays itself. I have been playing for 30 plus years and this is the best guitar that I have ever owned. The setup was spot on, not a buzz anywhere and the action was as good as it gets.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
You can dial in anything on this thing with the right amp!!!
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Perfect!!!
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Flawless!!!
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just got it so we'll see, but through American Musical Supply they give you another years warranty for free, that was a seller for me, great outfit to deal with!!!

Bad volume pot right out of the box!
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Considering that this guitar cost $4000 and had a bad volume pot right out of the case I have to say "well made" is subjective. Loved the enclosed check list where electronics were checked off.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Can't speak to this yet as I just got it.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
For the price there should have been nothing wrong with this guitar. Aside from the volume pot there is buffing compound in all the corners and crevices. Not the QC I would expect.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Plays unreal. Factory set up is pretty spot on for my taste. Can only play the bridge pick up so I can't speak for all the tones but the bridge pickup sounds awesome.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Again only hearing the bridge pick-up but it's nice and clean and down and dirty with some overdrive.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Flawless, except all the red buffing compound still visible.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Loved it.
