Quality: like all DUNLAP products.. they are built for the abuse of the stage.
Reliability: Just got it.
Overall: Will make lost or broken slides on stage a lot less likely. I like the little tab on the holder that will keep the slide more upright...easier to grab. And it still has room for 6 or so picks!

Finish: Flat black rubber. The one pictured above has a black plastic "finger" to hold the slide. Mine came with a white one that GLOWS in the DARK!
