Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Top of line all the way. The end pieces are thick stiff leather. The name is tooled in and has a nice name label on the strap end just above the leather. The buckles are low profile.

It's built like a tank.

Exciting to see it the first time.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It slides easy and does not seem to be stuck in place on shoulder. Strap is 2 inches wide.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Matches a Fender Telecaster black guard blonde just right. There is more yellow than shown in the picture, the ribs are deep.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
It was a challenge to get it on the guitar pegs the leather is so stiff. They got it set up to be at the right length, no adjustment needed.
