The M10MX is powered by the included AC power adapter or you can run it off of batteries for field recording. You will discover how easy it is to mix great sound virtually anywhere. You can connect a wide range of audio devices to the M10MX, dynamic microphones, musical instruments, CD players, video equipment and audio interfaces for recording purposes. A dedicated plug-in powered, stereo electret condenser microphone such as the Edirol CS15 (sold separately) makes live recording simple. Just plug the mixer into a recording device of your choice using the coaxial, optical S/PDIF or the analog outputs and go. Paired with Edirol MA series or Roland DS series monitors and the word portable means just that.
