QUALITY:
The sound quality is comparable to those tiny little speakers you would get with a new PC. It really sucks.

FEATURES:
It is very VERY portable!!! Plus it only needs a USB connection to get it powered. It doent need an AC adapter or batteries so you are good to go.

EASE OF USE:
It is extremely easy to use, all u do is plug in the left speaker to the right speaker and then have the right speaker plug into the usb port. However, the software you use with it doesnt play when you unplug the speakers. You would have to save your work and turn of the program you are using and then re-open it for it to work again.

VALUE:
I seriouly dont think it is worth 70 bucks if it were cheaper, i would think its worth it, these are no studio speakers, it'll ruin your mixers.

SOUND:
THE SOUND QUALITY BLOWS. IT SUCKS. it is most likely louder than your laptop spaekers, however your laptop speakers probably sound b

Quality: They are made by Edirol, which is a division of Roland, and Roland makes high quality products. They are well made although they are a bit light.
Features: The best features are the small size, sleek design, and USB plug & play ability. The optical digital output, headphone input & volume control are cool as well. I wish it had a tone control, but you can't have everything.
Ease of Use: They couldn't be any easier to use!(at least with windows XP or Vista).
Sound: The MA-1ex's sound suprisingly good. They have 3 to 4 times the volume of built in laptop speakers and have excellent bass response for such tiny speakers. I don't know why the person below me dissed them, he must be tone deaf or expecting them to sound like $300 powered studio monitors.
Reliability: I've had them for a week and have really Cranked up the volume at times with no issues. They work perfectly & like I mentioned above, they are made by Roland who makes reliable products
Overall: These speakers have an excellent, balanced sound, and would be a good value @ $75. At AMS's price of $49.00 they are irresistible!
