Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Seems to be really well built, very clean on the inside. Reminds me of much more expensive boutique amps.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Too soon to say as I've only had this for a couple of weeks. Those I talked to before I bought mine had no complaints at all.

After extensive research and talking with people that own Egnater amps I took the plunge. I am so glad I chose Egnater and the Rebel 30 specifically. I love the variable wattage to assist in finding the exact tone I want for the song. This does not, affect the overall volume as 1 watt will still make your ears bleed. Too many people confuse wattage with volume. Add into this the ability to choose which out put tubes I want to get the tone the song calls for and the possibilities are endless.

How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
See above.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
See above.

How did the stain or paint job look?
| Very sharp looking, light weight and it appears the folks at Egnater payed a lot of attention to detail.
I bought the 112 speaker cab, the efficiency of the speaker is why 1 watt or 30 watts can give you the great tone at high volume levels. |

How was the action out of the box?
Very easy to dial in the tone you are searching for.
