Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
This is advertised as a beginners banjo but I must argue this point. The action is a little high, and the tuners could be better (not that thay are bad), but other than that is banjo is a s good as or better than any at two or three times the price.
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Very well made
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Great player, good feel, good neck, a little heavy and very solid in construction.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Better tone than I was expecting especially with picks.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
A bit high but can be adjusted
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Perfect in every way
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
It is new to me but I can not see any reason way this banjo would fail. It will be around long after I am gone.
