The Epiphone G310L is a left handed model of the iconic SG-styled electric guitar at a fantastic price. The G310 has an alder body, which contributes to its bright tone. The twin open coil humbucker pickups make for great sustain and high gain lead & rhythm sounds. Other features include a bolt-on mahogany neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, chrome hardware and the dual volume and tone controls.


Lock Tone
The Lock Tone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stopbar tailpiece are standard equipment on all Epiphone guitars with a tune-o-matic setup. From their Custom Les Pauls right down to the Special II, Epiphone knows that tuning stability and sustain can make or break a guitar so it’s important to have a dependable bridge you can trust.

i dont think you will find better quailty on a guitar of this price range its better than i expected. i see years of playing enjoyment .

had it almost a month now, and no problems, i tweaked the action to my liking, intonation was great out of the box, placed a new set of strings on it tuned and played. So far it holds tune great.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
playability is fantastic, yes it is neck heavey, but when playing i never notice it. I really like the way this guitar feels comfortable to play sitting or standinding, just set the strap tp your liking

Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?

personally i thnk the finish is great

action was fine out of the box i prefer it a little higher than it was set so i tweaked it.
