This model is all about the rock, with a solid mahogany body, maple top and glued-in mahogany neck supplying the perfect blend of tone, comfort and understated cool. A pair of Alnico Classic humbuckers supply the muscle, and the trusty tune-o-matic/stop bar combination ensures it can take the punishment as well as dish it out.

Subject:ABSOLUTE MUSCLE MACHINE!!!
Quality: I was a bit sceptical about buying a Epiphone LP. When it was delivered I was very surprised how well built this guitar is and how good it feels. I have played several friends Gibsons and we compared them and its to close to call which is better. My friends are very impressed and I'm very happy.
Reliability: I have not had it long enough to tell.
Overall: I wanted to buy a Gibson LP Standard, but I couldn't fit in to my budget at this time of the year. When I was waiting for it to be delivered I was sceptical. When I finally got it in my hands and looked at every inch of it and couldn't find a single flaw. I tuned it up, plugged it in and was blown away. Total tone monster. All i want to do is play it. Very, very impressed. Unbelivable what you get for the Ca-ching$
Playability and Feel: It's very comfortable to play and I love the slim neck and how solid this guitar feels.
Tone: This is a tone machine, from bright to the awsome hot an heavy thick Rock an Roll ca-runch!!! It makes you sound like a Rock Star!
Finish: Excellent fit an finish. I couldn't find a flaw in it. If I did I wouldn't care, the price and sound far exceeds the paint job!
Action: Action is very good right out of the box. I will be doing a little tweaking with it. It will be like going from Pro Stock to Top Fuel Muscle Machine!!!!
