QUALITY:
I have looked it over and it would seem to be well built. The speakers are massive as is the sound that you can get out of them. The factory sealed package was nice and tight. A 5 all around.

FEATURES:
I gave it a 4 because the owners manual is lacking. You get 5 setups for the 11 controls the amp has, a good start but I think many more setups could have been added. The tone is very warm and the power is shocking to say the lest. No drum set will walk over this amp.

EASE OF USE:
Very easy to get going with the setups provided. Just needs a few more.

VALUE:
I can only say, for the money this is a power house amp. I would ask others who are thinking of getting a Tube amp to look at this monster. I did try the epi valve sp and it was a joke. I will never need a new amp this one does it all.

SOUND:
SRV or BB King you bet, ZZ top, men at work, Tal Farlow, Pick your tone. I have been able to get it

Subject:Oh Yeah!
Quality: This thing is rock solid.
Features: As I have only been playing for a short while there's more than enough for me.
Sound: I don't know that you have to have been playing all your life to know that this amp sounds great.
Reliability: To soon to tell.
Overall: This amp is awesome! I have only been playing about a year and up until now I was using a starter amp. I had know idea the difference would be so vast between the two. The only caveat, if there is one, is that this thing is a brute! But so what, the sound is great!
Value: As I compared many amps with these features and this sound in this price point I believe nothing can touch it.

Quality: First rate all the way - and at this price, DEFINATELY first rate.
Features: Love the interactive tone control. Speakers are tight and crisp.
Ease of Use: Very easy to use, some examples for setup in back of the manual help point you in the right direction.
Sound: Excellent. I've just started using it so I'm sure I'll find a bunch of variations, but I can get a very AC-30 ish tone right off the bat. Frankly, you would have to have your head examined for NOT getting one of these!

Very Well made and very well suited for gigging.

FEATURES:
Best Feature is the sound of this amp and it being a tube amp adds to the sound even more. Less impressive feature is no headphone jack. If I could add a feature I'd add the footswitch.

EASE OF USE:
Manuel that comes with this amp is well written and explains the features of this amp clearly.

VALUE:
Best bang for the buck out there!

SOUND:
This amp help me find the sound that i have wanted from an amp that sound is a tube amp sound.

QUALITY:
extremely well made..after all, it's a GIBSON product what elese would you expect?

FEATURES:
I truly love the 15w/30w capability..excellent visibility of the knobs/functions. The worst thing is it DOES NOT come with the footswitch...AMS does not stock, but they did give me the direct # to Gibson to track one down..but now I need to spend another $50 with shipping..I didn't care for that.

EASE OF USE:
very self explanitory...manula has some nice recommendations for starter settings.

VALUE:
For the range and features I feel it is a good value..they had a time getting and keeping them in stock as it took me 3 months to finally get one nailed down.

SOUND:
if you like Blues, you will LOVE this amp..thus the name "Blues Custom"!
"The multiple payment option is very convenient. This is my second purchase from AMS using this option."
