For those who crave the classic Gibson Les Paul feel and sound, but find the Epiphone Les Paul Standard a little bit out of reach, Epiphone's LP100 Les Paul Electric Guitar is the deal you've been waiting for!! Two humbucker pickups, a rosewood fingerboard with a bolt-on mahogany neck and body give this model the powerful, sustaining tonal character of the best Les Pauls. The transparent finish models of the LP100 electric guitars feature a plain maple top for an incredible look.

The Epiphone LP100 Les Paul electric guitar is hot enough to let your leads sing and the rhythm pickup has the smooth, fat tone that Les Pauls are known for. Les Paul electric guitars are synonymous with Rock and Roll. No other guitar gives you the power, the sustain and the sound of a Les Paul. If it's got Les Paul's signature on the headstock, it's the real thing... Accept no substitutes! Authorized by Gibson USA!

Lock Tone
The Lock Tone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stopbar tailpiece are standard equipment on all Epiphone guitars with a tune-o-matic setup. From their Custom Les Pauls right down to the Special II, Epiphone knows that tuning stability and sustain can make or break a guitar so it’s important to have a dependable bridge you can trust.

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Put together well, love the bolt on neck as compared to a set neck.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Have only had for a short time.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
Have played FENDER Strat for many years and it will take a little getting used to playing on a Les Paul. I am really happy with the purchase.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Just starting but just needs time to adjust. No heavier than what I'm used to
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone is how you adjust the controls.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Looks excellent. Love the color changes in the light.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Action was great, after multiple tunings. Temp changes and sitting overnight after first tuning brought it within range.
