Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Very well built. Again i am still amazed at the quality vs. price on this model. Solid, well balanced and as an automotive painter for over 25 years i couldn't put a finish in this for that price alone.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Seems so far so good.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I am still amazed at this. I was skeptical at first but now i can't seem to put it down. Sounds and feels awesome. Well built and very solid. Killer finish to add.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
When i took it out of the box,it felt great. Comfortable, well balanced, perfectly shaped neck (no cramping of the thumb)and just all around very comfortable to play sitting down. The controls are within reach but out of the way if you get me. Nice guitar and i've been eyeing the one in white.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
It has nice tone. I love the bluesy feeling as much as the rock tones. The pick ups can go from nice and clean to power punched in a flick of a switch.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Gorgeous paint job. I've been an automotive painter for a long time and this finish is flawless. I have the Silver Sunburst.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Like i said, theres a buzz coming off my top E so i will raise the action a bit and retune. Not a problem at all.
