ESP

With a gorgeous flamed maple top, the ESP LTD H1001 Electric Guitar not only rocks but looks great too. The ESP H1001 features a set-thru maple neck, mahogany body and a rosewood fretboard. The thin U-shaped neck with 24 extra jumbo frets provides comfort and speed. An EMG 81 pickup at the bridge and an 85 at the neck provide plenty of power and note definition. ESP locking tuners and a Tonepros Locking TOM Bridge keep you tuned and intonated, so you'll sound your best. Volume, tone and a 3-way toggle give you options with simplicity. Black nickel hardware, offset abalone block inlays and white with abalone purfling finish off a great look.

Set-thru neck construction is an innovative technique in which the neck is glued to the body (like a set neck), however the traditional bulky heel is carved away (similar to neck-thru-body construction). This makes access to the LTD H1001's upper frets and the neck-to-body transition much smoother. Just as on a set neck, you will get a combination of tone from both the neck and body with the set-thru construction. The sound will depend on the types of wood used, but generally will have a fuller, warmer tone when compared to most neck-thru-body guitars.

ESP carefully designs and builds all of their instruments with painstaking selection of materials and components and innovative designs so that each model has its own unique personality.

ESP MH Style Case
To protect and transport your guitar, ESP recommends the optional MH Style Electric Guitar Case (#ESP MHFF).
