The ESP Xtone PC2V is a double cutaway, semi hollow, archtop instrument with an awesome flamed maple top, a classy Bigsby vibrato and a great retro/modern look.
ESP loads the PC2V with Seymour Duncan humbuckers – an Alnico 2 Pro set. It's all built around a design that includes rock solid set neck construction. Other details include a maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (extra jumbo frets), gold hardware and triple crème body, neck and headstock binding. Xtone represents the best of the past with an infusion of modern technology.

ESP X-Tone Style Case
To protect and transport your guitar, ESP recommends the optional X-Tone Style Electric Guitar Case (#ESP CXTPFF).

Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Haven't had it long but seems very stable
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
So far stays in tune
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
Middle switch position sound in particular is unbelievable. Great guitar for the price.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Would have liked a higher stock string gauge, but plays so well I'm leaving as is.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Matches perfectly with my Bad Cat classic cat amp. To my ear it sounds like the guitar has really nice reverb pedal in the path (but neither amp nor guitar have any) I think for Jimi Hendrix type stuff. I'll stick with my Ibanez Roadstar 2 with super distortion pick up into a Marshall. For slide I'll stay with the Telecaster - Traynor Dark Horse. Everything else sounds much better out of the XTone.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Being picky...I think the sound hole might look better if it had pinstripes like the other guitar white edges.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Once tuned the action was good up and down the neck.
