Great guitar but needed some work right away
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
All of the parts seem pretty good, the only negative thing was it was not set up correctly from the factory. Need the intonation adjusted and a couple of frets filed, cost me an additional $50, but i have a killer guitar for not much money.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
just got it
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
This was a great purchase! The day it arrived, I took it to the repair shop. The stock pickup were not that bad however I installed him cancelling SD pickups, and had the guy set the guitar up. The intonation was way of. But glad that I got it. It is as great guitar, plays wonderful and sounds great, and everyone who see it likes because it is not a common guitar.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
like i said, after getting it professionaly set up, it plays as good as any expensive guitar.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
sounded very much like a vintage fender tele with the stock pickups.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
finish is pretty cool. the area the "paint is missing" has a clear coat over it to protect the wood. so it is cool
Action
How was the action out of the box?
action was low, however the intonation was off and a couple of frets were hi. buzzed really bad

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Like all ESP's, very well built. And for the price, I'd put this up against the competitors no problem!
Reliability

So far, so good!

Your general opinion of this product.
If you want to get into a Fender Telecaster, but don't want to get a Squier, this is a can't-miss alternative!
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Super small neck, everything is easily accessible and it sits on your lap great for playing. I prefer a maple neck and this one feels great to play!
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Again, new pick-ups are a must.... but it isn't too bad overall!
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The worn look is cool. It may not be for everyone, but kind of nice not worrying about dings on a new guitar.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Action was high with some fret buzz out of the box, but easily adjusted and fixed.
