Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
It feels really good and well made for this price
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
so far so good
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
Guitar is advertised with EMG 81/85 pups, lets just be real... this deal is to good to be true. Standard ESP viper comes with EMG's but that cost 3 times more this is 330 and comes with ESP active pickups.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Very well balanced, it stay in same position on strap or legs. Neck is fast feels little bit like les paul with a lot of space for shreding or playing riffs
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Very nice rich harmonics, bright tone perfect for metal. I'm was so pleased with great sound i decide to keep the way it is.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
This is the best part of Viper 330. Paint job is great, glossy black finish and bindings !!! make this AXE looks like $800+ piece
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Guitar had bad intonation in few strings, but after quick adjustments everything was perfect. It loose tune a little after heavy bending but that much.
