The Genera HDD Dry is a two-ply drum head (7.5-mil external, 5-mil internal) with a 2-mil overtone control ring that yields an aggressive rimshot and balanced response. The addition of small vents around the perimeter eliminates additional overtones, and creates a more focused sound.
