Product Description

Evans has combined the Hydraulic Black Drum Heads into convenient packs and added a pair of the popular Pro Mark 5A American Hickory Drumsticks. Exclusive to the Evans line, the Hydraulic Black Drum Heads have a layer of oil between the two plies to give you the fat, wet sound that was pioneered in the ‘70s. The oil acts as a natural muffler to decrease sustain and increase attack without affecting the feel of the head, as internal and external mufflers often do.

Mounted on Kick Shell
Evans Hydraulic's Incredible Percussive Sound
Hydraulics have a solid attack and a controlled, quick sustain, and are best suited for rock, and can be used both live and in studio.

Evans Drum Heads
The First, The Finest, The Future
Evans Drumheads has been in the music industry for more than 40 years, and those six words best describe the history and vision of the company. Decades ago, Evans was the pioneer of drumhead manufacturing and design. Today, they are the innovators.
